Any document or information of any kind relating to a child in the care of Jackson-Feild is confidential, including the names of the children in Jackson-Feild's care. These materials are protected by the Privacy Act of 1976 of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Therefore, information will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be discussed outside the work setting. Information contained in student files will not be reproduced unless the appropriate releases have been obtained.
