Marlin “Tod” E. Balsbaugh, Jr. Named as Director of Development

Jackson-Feild Homes is proud to announce the appointment of Marlin "Tod" E. Balsbaugh, Jr., as Director of Development.  Mr. Balsbaugh holds a Masters of Education degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Richmond and a certificate in non-profit management.  Mr. Balsbaugh has been an advocate for children's services for over thirty years and has established an exemplary reputation for his philanthropic achievements.  Mr. Balsbaugh was employed with the Virginia Home for Boys & Girls for thirty-seven years.  For twenty-seven of those years he served in the capacity of Executive Director.  Mr. Balsbaugh's passion and dedication for serving disadvantaged youth will aid Jackson-Feild in furthering its mission to educate, equip and empower the children and families of Virginia.
